GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
As a general rule, all bakes should be refrigerated if not consumed on the same day. This goes for all the room temperature items as well - such as bread, puff pastries, etc, and they can be reheated according to the instructions below as needed. If you are unsure whether a product needs to be refrigerated, please check our cococart website, or reach out to us via Instagram DMs @puffsandpeaks. Thank you :)
Donuts
Storage- Highly recommended to be consumed on the day of delivery. Otherwise, please immediately refrigerate for up to 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
Consumption- Warm for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave after refrigeration. OR Leave them out for 15 minutes and room temperature before consumption. OR Reheat in an oven/ air fryer at 160-180 degrees for 3-5 minutes until desired.
Viennoiserie (Danish, Croissants, Egg Tarts, Pies & Puff Pastries, Shepherd's pie)
Storage- If not consuming immediately, store refrigerated for up to 2 - 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
Consumption- Reheat in an oven/ air fryer at 180C for 3-5 minutes until desired. Let cool to crisp up. Do not microwave.
Layered Friands
Storage- Highly recommended to consume on the day of delivery. Otherwise, please immediately refrigerate for up to 5 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
Consumption- Consume cold OR Leave them out for 15 minutes and room temperature before consumption.
Quiches
Storage- Highly recommended to consume on the day of delivery. Otherwise, please immediately refrigerate for up to 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
Consumption- Warm for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave after refrigeration. OR Reheat in an oven/ air fryer at 170C for 6 minutes until desired.
Chilled Tarts or cakes / Layered Cakes / Cheesecakes
Storage- Highly recommended to consume on the day of delivery. Otherwise, please immediately refrigerate for up to 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
Consumption- Consume cold.
Cookies / Brownies
Storage- Store in room temperature for up to 3 days, covered. Store in the refrigerated for up to 4 - 5 days, tightly cling-wrapped. Or Freeze for up to 1 month.

Scones / Muffins / Loaf Cakes / Tea cakes / Friand cakes
Storage- Store in room temperature for the day, covered. Store in the refrigerated for up to 2 - 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
Consumption- Warm for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave after refrigeration. OR Reheat in an oven/ air fryer at 160C for 4 - 5 minutes until desired.
Babka Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls & Bread Loaves / Focaccias
Storage- Store in room temperature for up to 3 days, covered. Store in the refrigerated for up to 4 - 5 days, tightly cling-wrapped. Or Freeze for up to 1 month.
Consumption-Warm for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave after refrigeration. OR Reheat in an oven/ air fryer at 160C for 4 - 5 minutes until desired.
CNY cookies
Storage- Store in a cool dry area/fridge, sealed with clear tape for up to 2-3 weeks. Best consumed within 2 weeks.
Consumption- Consume at room temperature.
What Is Your Menu Like? Our menu is updated monthly (1st Monday) and it is released via our Instagram (@puffsandpeaks), We have the everyday staples such as cookies, donuts, brownies, cakes and a bunch of other sweet and savory treats. Please head over to our instagram (@puffsandpeaks) to stay updated.
Do you accept PayNow? Yes, we accept PayNow, GrabPay, NETS, CDC vouchers and cash payments in store. We also accept PayNow and Credit Card payments on our websites for Pre-Orders.
Are You Halal-Certified? We are not halal certified. All our products are pork, alcohol and lard-free.
What Are Your Opening Hours? We are open Thursday-Sundays Weekly, 1030am-5pm(or sold out). Please refer to our Instagram for special opening/closing dates.
Are We Able To View Availability Of Bakes In Store? If you wish to have an update on the bakes available for the day, you are encouraged to check our Instagram @puffsandpeaks 's stories via our Instagram page. Please take note that we will try to update throughout the day, if we are not experiencing demand.

Is There Parking? Yes, there is parking in Tampines Central Community Complex. For directions, please go to our "Find Us" page.
The carpark is located at the basement. Standard HDB parking prices apply.
What Time Do Pre-Orders Open? Pre-order slots are opened monthly for the month ahead.
Where Can I Pre-Order? You can pre-order on our cococart site (www.puffsandpeaks.cococart.co) , and opt for either in-store collection or delivery.
How Can I Collect My Orders? Both delivery and store pick-up options are available. All pick-ups are done in-store during our operating hours. Upon checkout, you will be able to select your preferred date. *Note: Pre-order slots are first come first serve basis, do try to go in early to secure a slot!
Can I Still Walk-In Although Pre-Order Slots Are Full For The Week? Yes! We have separate quantities prepared for walk-ins so you may purchase in-store! We recommend coming early to avoid disappointment :)
