Product FAQ

1. How do we care for the bakes?
Please note that as a general rule, all bakes are BEST consumed on the day of delivery.  

Donuts

  • Storage: Highly recommended to consume on the day of delivery. Otherwise, please immediately refrigerate for up to 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
  • Consumption:
    • Warm for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave after refrigeration.
    • /Leave them out for 15 minutes and room temperature before consumption.
    • /Reheat in a toaster oven until warm.

 


Layered Cakes

  • Storage: Highly recommended to consume on the day of delivery. Otherwise, please immediately refrigerate for up to 3 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
  • Consumption:
    • /Leave them out for 15 minutes and room temperature before consumption. 

 

Cookies / Brownies

  • Storage: 
    • Store in room temperature for up to 3 days, covered.
    • Store in the refrigerated for up to 4 - 5 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
    • /Freeze for up to 1 month. 
  • Consumption:
    • Warm for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave after refrigeration.
    • /Reheat in a toaster oven until warm.
    • /Reheat in a convection oven at 160C for 4 - 5 minutes
       

Scones / Muffins / Loaf Cakes / Tea cakes

  • Storage: 
    • Store in room temperature for up to 3 days, covered.
    • Store in the refrigerated for up to 4 - 5 days, tightly cling-wrapped. 
  • Consumption:

Bread Rolls & Bread Loaves 

  • Storage:

    • Store in the refrigerated for 3 - 5 days, tightly cling-wrapped.
    • /Freeze for up to 1 month.

2. Are you halal-certified?
We are not halal certified. We do utilize some alcohol in our vanilla products in some of our desserts (which will be clearly labelled.) 

Shop FAQ

1. What is your menu like?
We have the everyday staples such as bread loaves, cookies, donuts (in-store only), brownies, loaf cakes. Occasionally, we will put up specials. 

We update our menu for each week on our Instagram "highlights" and as well as our Telegram subscriber chat group. Please head over to our instagram (@puffsandpeaks) to stay updated.

 

2. What are your opening hours?
Monday - Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday - Sunday: 830AM - 430PM (or until sold out)

3. Are we able to preorder bakes in store?
To facilitate store operations, please place your preorders for bakes on our online shop. Most items sold in store will be available online with minimum quantities. 

 

If you wish to have an update on the bakes available for the day, please Whatsapp / call 8889 2466. Please take note that we might be experiencing high volume and if so, will delay our replies. 

 

4. What are the closest bus services / MRT?

5. Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking in Tampines Central Community Complex. Please type in postal code 521866 for accuracy.

 

Online Store FAQ

1. How long beforehand do we place online orders?
Please head over to the shop page and place your orders at least 4 days in advance, to avoid disappointment. 

 

2. Are the items on the online store menu similar to what is in store?
Most of the products shown on our online site are also available in store in single quantities - except for donuts, as we are operating at full capacity for in-store demand.

 

3. Can we add on customized notes?
Yes. Please add on a Puffs And Peaks card for $1, if you would like to leave a customized note for your recipient. 

 

Delivery/Self Pick Up FAQ

1. How much is delivery?
For Standard Delivery (10AM - 4PM):  +$9
For a Specific Time Range (10AM - 12PM / 12PM - 2PM / 3PM - 5PM):  +$18

For Free STANDARD Delivery: Orders above $100 in a single bill. 

 

2. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all major districts and destinations in Singapore, except Jurong Island, Tuas and Sentosa.

Please kindly note that for offices, hospitals and hotels, all bakes should be picked up at the lobby or pick up point. Our delivery drivers will contact you upon arrival.

 

3. What are available timings for self pick-up at the store?
Please select the timeslot upon checkout for self pick-up. Self-pick up is available during opening hours at the store up to 330PM.

 

3. Can we know specifically when our delivery timings are?
Unfortunately, as we outsource our deliveries, we will be unable to provide more specific timings regarding standard deliveries. It will be made between 10AM - 4PM. 

 

4. What happens when I am not home, and deliveries are made?
Our delivery drivers will leave the bakes outside your door, and send a picture of proof for your bakes.  All bakes that are purchased online are not temperature sensitive, and will be able to stay in room temperature (please see Product FAQ). 

 

5. What about re-deliveries?
In the event that our drivers are unable to leave the bakes outside your door due to a failure in contacting the recipient, re-deliveries will have to be made at an additional $15. 

 

Refund FAQ

1. My products are not right / damaged, what should I do?
Please immediately take a picture of the bakes, and send it over by Whatsapp to us at +65 8889 2466. We will respond as soon as possible and offer a refund, or if possible, a same-day or next-day re-delivery. 

 

2. What is your refund policy?

  • For bakes that were to be fulfilled within 4 days or less, no refunds can be made. 
  • For bakes that were to be fulfilled in 5 days and above, refunds will be made in full. Please email us at puffsandpeaks@gmail.com with your invoice number, and we will process a refund within 4 working days.
